UK Museums Aircraft
The IWM's collection of historic aircraft, mostly warbirds, from WW1 to the present day. Several other companies based there, with airworthy aircraft.

Association dedicated to preserving the history of Boulton Paul. Although it moved to Wolverhampton, this company was for many years based in Norwich.

Superb and varied museum, on a site which is steeped in history. See not only old aircraft, including the Wellington recovered from a Scottish loch, but a Concorde. Also the home of British Motor Racing; part of the old banked circuit is still in existence

The new home of Vulcan XH558 is Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield airport, where she was moved to on 29th March 2011.

Collection of de Havilland aircraft, especially the Mosquito.
Located at London Colney, Hertfordshire.

Local museum on the north of Norwich International Airport. Interesting collection of aircraft and equipment. Aircraft include an Avro Vulcan.

Premier UK Museum for Naval aircraft

Small museum but home to "Just Jane" - a Lancaster MkVII kept in taxiing condition. A former wartime airfield in "Bomber Country" and just up the road from Coningsby (BBMF). Worth visiting. You can even go for a ride in their Lanc! (but book first).

Excellent museum in Lincolnshire. Many interesting aircraft.

A small but varied collection of aircraft and exhibits, near Bungay in Suffolk.

The country's premier RAF museum.

An "outstation" of Hendon, with a much smaller but nevertheless superb collection. Now has the "National Cold War Exhibition" building, which includes examples of all 3 "V-bombers".
